Team invites

Surfaces: Web, Mobile (read-only roster via web) Module: Sharing

Invite colleagues to the same Trove workspace (account).

Roles

| Role | Who | Can do | |------|-----|--------| | Owner | Workspace creator (`adminId`) | Everything, including promote admins and delete the workspace | | Admin | Promoted member | Team roster, billing, import/export, integrations | | Member | Default invite | Use Trove features; view (not edit) subscription and team in Settings |

Only the owner can invite or promote someone to admin.

Before you start

  • Trove account with verified email
  • Team plan (collaboration enabled) for multi-seat workspaces

Steps

  1. Settings → Team → Invite user
  2. Enter name and email; owners may choose Member or Admin
  3. Recipients accept via the link in the invitation email
  4. Owners can change roles from the team list; admins can invite/remove members
